Are there wars and rumors of wars?
- "The lion will eat straw like the ox.." Is 11:7
Is there famine in the world?
- "Each one will abide under their own vine and fruit tree.." Micah 4:4
Is there disease in the world? - "The Sun of Righteousness shall arise with healing in His wings and you shall go forth and leap.." Malachi
"And of His Kingdom there shall be no end.." Lk 1:33
Each generation lives plugged into the generation its born into.
People of the world seem to be very much plugged into the world.
All of life seems to be part of a giant grid.
What is the message of Bible prophecy to the world?
What answers should a child of God have?
Where does life and the things of life come from?
More and more, even drinking water is store bought.
Should we tell people (or imply) "don't worry about it, just live your life and what will be will be"?
Or should we suggest that any thing not built squarely upon God cannot be trusted to endure forever. The further the world gets from God and His choices and ways, the more it is bound to fall apart.
When things fall apart people behave badly. If the light of the grid should flicker.. go out.. It is not a time to be out shopping for what one needs for their little children at home.
Yes, God provided manna from heaven to Israel, but due to some silly choices they wandered in the wilderness for forty years. But they left Egypt with plenty of supplies.
Jesus' best words for uncertain times - "Be harmless as doves, wise as serpents."
Are there signs or landmarks (events?) which we could expect to stand as markers for folks in those days? [More on this soon.]

From Daniel 7:20-22 - "...horn (power) that had eyes, and a mouth that spake very great things, whose look was more stout than his fellows. I beheld, and the same horn made war with the saints, and prevailed against them" (Rev 20:4b) "until the Ancient of days came, and (then) judgment was given to the saints of the most High; and the time came, that the saints possessed the kingdom."
