Like The Sting Of A Scorpion

I’ve been re-examining the Rev.9:3-11 prophecy - “out of the smoke.. like locusts.. not given authority to kill but to torment for five months (those w/o the Seal of God on their foreheads) ..like the torment of a scorpion.. the king over them is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in Hebrew is Abaddon, but in Greek he has the name Apollyon (Destroyer).

Their venom contains powerful neurotoxins and is especially potent.

Androctonus, one of the most dangerous groups of scorpions species in the world, are found throughout the semi-arid and arid regions of the Middle East and Africa.

Neurotoxicity is a form of toxicity in which a biological, chemical, or physical agent produces an adverse effect on the structure or function of the central and/or peripheral nervous system.

        Symptoms of neurotoxicity:

Limb weakness

Loss of memory

Loss of vision

Uncontrollable obsessive and compulsive behaviors

Delusions

Headache

Neurodegenative diseases

Autonomic nervous system dysfunction

Numbness and tingling

Depression

Cognitive degeneration

Symptoms of neurotoxicity include memory and concentration problems; confusion; multiple sclerosis or MS-type symptoms; impaired control of the limbs, bladder, or bowels; headaches or migraines; sleep disorders, including sleep apnea; eye problems that are neurological in origin; balance and hearing problems; muscle weakness; anxiety or panic attacks; depression; and other psychiatric or neurological symptoms.
