Chapters 2 and 3 - The Letters To The Churches
Chapter 6 - Six Seals of the Seven Seals of God (on the Scroll)
~ broken, and described
~ as a blend of their beginning and their maturity
Chapters 7 - 9
~ 144,000 Israelites and numberless gentiles
~ the Seventh Seal
~ and the first 6 Trumpets in it
Chapters 10,11,12, and 13
~ for the most part are inserts
- chapter 10 - mystery of the seven thunders
"at the time of the 7th trump,`it is done`"
- chapter 11 - measure the sanctuary, not the court
7th Trumpet is sounded, earthquake, lightning, hail
- chapter 12 - a history of the faith on earth
first Israel, then christianity, then again Israel
just before His return (Mt 23:39 & Rev 16:14-16)
- chapter 13 - last days politics (last beastly empire)
a world beast(ly) verses 1-10, was, expired, was again
a 'little' beast, an individual & the office in at one time or another
verses 11-18 (13:13 identifies/pinpoints the office)
Chapter 14 - two harvests - wheat into barn, tares to Armageddon
Chapters 15,16 - the seven final consequences called Bowls in the 7th Trumpet
and the gathering to Armageddon
Chapter 17,18 - meanwhile the crashing and collapse of Babylon, of
which religion gone astray is part, but not the whole (18:11)
Chapter 19 - marriage supper of the lamb and the world beast and
false teacher/teaching go down in flames and are nevermore
Chapter 20 - Satan bound 1000 years, the 1000 year reign, then the 2nd
resurrection and the long 'day' of review/judgment, a day of deep
mourning and regret..
Chapter 21 - The Son gives over the Kingdom to the Father who will now
& 22 dwell (Tabernacle) with mankind on an earth made new in a
universe made new. God becomes "all in all". (Death and
the grave/hades/hell are cast into the Lake of Fire, the 2nd death.)
