1 - Then I (John) saw another mighty angel coming down from heaven, wrapped in a cloud, with a rainbow above his head. His face was like the sun, and his feet like pillars of fire. 2 He was holding a little scroll, which lay open in his hand. He planted his right foot on the sea and his left foot on the land, 3 and gave a great shout like the roar of a lion! And when he shouted, the seven thunders answered. 4 When the seven thunders spoke, I was about to write. But I heard a voice from heaven saying, “Seal up what the seven thunders said, and do not write it down.” 5 Then the angel I saw standing on the sea and on the land raised his right hand toward heaven. 6 He swore an oath in the name of the one who lives forever and ever, who created the heavens and everything in them, the earth and everything in it, and the sea and everything in it, and said, “There will be no more delay! 7 When the seventh angel is about to blow his trumpet, God’s mysterious plan will be fulfilled just as proclaimed by his servants the prophets.”

Earth is His Temple

 The universe is his temple. The earth is his temple. He shall dwell (tabernacle🗝️) in his temple. There will be no wars. No hatred, no greed (klepto-mania, a greek word).

     How do you create genuinely able to think and reason beings, aNd, keep paradise/perfection intact? Seeing as reasoning includes at least some power of choice. Consider the paradox of God being Life (of course) itself, and he “is perfect”. Once said thinking being chooses anything in thought, word or deed that differs with what He chooses, they become imperfect. Which ends up as the exact opposite of Life. And in the meanwhile, is an abyss of potential. (Should we ignore history? Should we discount cause and effect? Nicknamed God’s ‘wrath’.)

     God is unlimited Genius, and is truthful and honest. Though he does hide everything in plain sight and in riddles.

     He created the universe as is but as a clock not running, then, set it in motion.

     HE is Love. Love never fails.

As a final piece of the cosmic puzzle (imo) making everything settle into place, is that lake of fire is not a ‘place’, certainly not never ending. The three mentions of lake of fire are at large fiery events.. He is letting cause and effect occur to those not repenting of their sorceries [phármakos] or of their sexual immorality [porneia - properly, a selling off (surrendering) of sexual purity - key word selling?] or of their thefts [klemma - from klepto] (greed).

     What was the other option God had with creation? A mere ant farm? Somehow I don’t think that is what he’s after. Is creating. This all important contrast is writing his will/Truth on the hearts and minds.

     The kingdom and prophecy, both, progress like widening ripples of a pond. The Lord’s long second advent will be a longer, wider version of his first brief one. He will do the same works he did before. But with helpers, serving, called reigning. For to do his works, surely(?) is to reign.

     The final mention of lake of fire is at the fiery, universal ReGenesis. Do you like a good riddle?

     A lesson of 3’s —

Mt.13:33, key word 3, w/ 1Cor.15:22-24,28 -> three harvests, barley, wheat, grape. Two resurrections. Two vivifications, first one concurrent with the first resurrection, second (imo) is five hundred years after its partner resurrection.

     The revelation vision is told 3 times: 6:1-2 to 11:19; ch.12, but vs.17 w/ mt.23:39; and, 13:1 to 19:11.

     The Lord fulfilled three Spring holy days by his first advent. And the three Fall holy days (surely!?) will be fulfilled by his long second advent.. and beyond.

     The three sixes are the number of man, greek word anthropos, not just ‘a man’. Though we do have his number. (Old cliche.)

     “Morning, noon and night, I will call upon Thee” Ps.17:55.

     There are three parts of the second advent, [1]THE millennium, a 7th and a Sabbath from the adversary, [2]the adversary gathers (again) the ends of earth (people who survived the apocalypse mortally, have multiplied) for war against Jerusalem, God’s city - greek word “salem” means “of Peace”. A second mention of a lake of fire, is here at his fiery, final defeat. And [3]“the judgment”. Elsewhere called an “aionion kolasin/correction”.

     🗝️On the “8th” ‘day’ the “last great day” (Lev.23:36, Jn.7:37) all carnality and self first will be (totally) circumcised from off of mankind. Some few will initially experience inner outside of the Light, darkness.. gnashing of teeth.. (think rich man and Lazarus parable, and the outside of the vision narrative of Rev.22) but which condition will give way to self condemnation, perhaps beating oneself, spiritually, with many stripes.. weeping.. remorse.. and reconciliation. “Christ Crucified” being an image and message strong enough to appease eveRy conscience.

     “The lion will eat straw like the ox, the bear will graze with the cow and their young will lie down together” Is.11:7. “All manner of fruit for the twelve months..”Rev.22:2. “Of the increase of peace there will be no end” Is.9:7. The Father himself “will tabernacle with mankind” Rev.21:3/three. As will the Son, the “the seed” implanted in all, the “first/proto” (and prototype). The Spirit of God is God’s Presence (with us) which shall be totally and literally “all in all”. Love will Rule. “Perfect” makes no mistakes, leaves no loose ends.. Cannot lose anything. The ‘end’ result (the greek means “end-aim”) can only be the best one possible. ⛲️There is every reason for deep, heartfelt peace and joy. A ‘message’ seemed to drift through my mind recently, “try not to worry”. I’m thinking that means “about anything”!

13 Then the sixth angel blew his trumpet, and I heard a voice speaking from the four horns of the gold altar that stands in the presence of God. 14 It said to the sixth angel who had the trumpet, “Release the four angels who are bound at the great river Euphrates.” [The Euphrates is the ancient boundary between Israel and Babylon and Assyria, her main enemies, and captivities to.] 15 The four angels had been prepared for this-very hour, and day, and month, and year, that they might slay a third of mankind. 16 The number of the mounted troops was twice ten thousand times ten thousand. I heard their number. 17 And in my vision, I saw the horses and the riders sitting on them. The riders wore armor that was fiery red and dark blue and yellow. The horses had heads like lions, and fire and smoke and burning sulfur billowed from their mouths. 18 A third of mankind was killed by the three plagues of fire, smoke and sulfur that came out of their mouths. 19 Their power was in their mouths and in their tails. For their tails had heads like snakes, with the power to injure people. 20 But the people who did not die in these plagues still refused to repent of their evil deeds and turn to God. They continued to worship demons and idols made of gold, silver, bronze, stone, and wood—idols that can neither see nor hear nor walk. 21 Nor did they repent of their murders or their sorceries [phármakos] or of their sexual immorality [porneia - properly, a selling off (surrendering) of sexual purity] or of their thefts [klemma - from klepto].

1 - The fifth angel blew his trumpet, and I (John) saw a star that had fallen from the sky to the earth. The star was given the key to the shaft of the Abyss. 2 When he opened the Abyss, smoke rose from it like smoke from a great furnace. The sun and sky were darkened by the smoke of it. 3 And out of the smoke locusts came down on the earth, and they were given power like the power of scorpions (to sting). 4 They were told not to harm the grass or plants or trees, but only the people who did not have the seal of God on their foreheads. 5 They were told not to kill them but to torment them for five months with pain like the pain of a scorpion sting. 6 During those days people will seek death but will not find it, they will long to die, but death will elude them. 7 The locusts looked like horses prepared for battle. On their heads they wore something like crowns of gold, and their faces resembled human faces. 8 They had hair like women’s hair and teeth like the teeth of a lion. 9 They wore armor made of iron, and their wings roared like an army of chariots rushing into battle. 10 They had tails that stung like scorpions, and for five months they had the power to torment people. 11 They had as king over them the angel of the Abyss, whose name in Hebrew is Abaddon and in Greek is Apollyon - Destroyer. 12 The first woe is past; two other woes are yet to come. [From 7:15-17 - “..He who sits on the throne will shelter.. with his presence.. The sun will not beat down on them..nor any scorching heat.. the lamb will lead them to springs of living water..”]

WEEKLY FROM the REVELATION VISION 8:7-13

I have the crazy idea that in chapter eight we have four of the seven thunders. Previously in verse 5 - “Then the angel took the censer, filled it with fire from the altar, and hurled it onto the earth. And there came peals of thunder, rumblings, flashes of lightning and an earthquake.”

     And previous to that - had been chapter 7, verses one and three - “four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, holding back the four winds of earth, that no wind might blow on earth or sea or against any tree.. ‘Wait! Don’t harm the land or the sea or the trees until we have placed the seal of God on the foreheads of his servants.’”

     …“Then — the angel took the censer, filled it with fire from the altar, and hurled it onto the earth. And there came peals of thunder, rumblings, flashes of lightning and an earthquake.” (Verse 8:5, an interruption in the holding of the winds. Then we’ll have 13:5-7?)

     (Quick note - the Rev. vision is told three times, {1}6:12->11:19; {2}12 w/mt.23:39; and {3}13:1->19:11. And the previous seals in chapter 6 are described as their effects first to last, veiling what seal 6 is, the one with the “number of man”. The first event/opening of the seal having been 13:13 which event pinpoints an office..)

     I have the crazy idea the “seven thunders” of Rev.10, are thermonuclear events. Until finally with enough chain reaction to make “the earth shake to and fro” Is.24:20. (Yes please tell me how a prophetic vision is metaphor and is onLy a process within the human psyche.)

     I will only add that there is lightning in that particular kind of fire.. And later when it talks about “great” hail, the thing is the higher and faster moisture rises, the greater and larger the hail it becomes.

     8:7-13

7 The 1ST angel sounded his trumpet and there came hail and fire mixed with blood, and it was hurled down on the land [gé]. A third of the land was burned up, a third of the trees were burned up, and all green grass was burned up.

     8 The 2ND angel blew his trumpet, and something like a great mountain, burning with fire, was thrown into the sea, and a third of the sea became as blood. (With this one a great power falls? Into the sea? With much repercussion in the sea of humanity.) 9 A third of the living creatures in the sea died, and destroyed was a third of the ships. (Trade?)

     10 Then the 3RD angel blew his trumpet. A large star, burning like a torch, dropped from the sky and fell on a third of the rivers and on the springs of water. 11 The name of the star is Wormwood. A third of the waters became wormwood, and many died from the water, because it was made bitter. 12 Then the 4th angel blew his trumpet. A third of the sun was struck, and a third of the moon, and a third of the stars, so that their light lost a third of its brightness. And they shone for one third less of the day. (Joel’s cloudy/smokey day?) 13 As I watched, I heard an eagle that was flying in (smokey?) midair call out in a loud voice: “Woe! Woe! Woe to the inhabitants of the earth, because of the trumpet blasts about to be sounded by the other three angels!”
