BOOK OF REVELATION IN PICTURES - LESSON SIX - FIRE AND BRIMSTONE

So what does all this mean?

This study in pictures is my theory. A theory is an unproven hypothesis.

The Riddle - Daniel 12:11-12 (YLT):

"(11)And from the time of the turning aside of the perpetual [sacrifice], and to the giving out of the desolating abomination, [are] days a thousand, two hundred, and ninety. (12)Oh the blessedness of him who is waiting earnestly, and doth come to the days, a thousand, three hundred, thirty and five."

The "desolating abomination"...

Once it was a statue of an idol god (Zeus) in the temple of Jerusalem..

Another time it was the Roman standard...

But what will its 'last' days form be?

A footnote in the Amplified Bible

says it will be (the) 666.

Meanwhile...

Or that is, previously...

#1 - A thermonuclear event in or from the Middle East?
(Revelation 8, verse 5 and 6?)

And (a, the) world beast/governing comes to the fore,

strongly promoted by and "given breath" by

the one pointed to at Rev 13:13.

#2 - A (seven year) "peace, peace!" treaty is declared..

Daniel 9:27a - "He will confirm a covenant with many for one seven."

1 Thessalonians 5:3 - "for when they may say, Peace and surety,

then sudden destruction doth stand by them".

(Young's literal Translation)

"In the midst of the seven" Daniel 12:11 occurs:

"The perpetual sacrifice" (place of? continual prayer?) "is abolished".

 And also, "in the middle of the seven,

he will put an end to sacrifice and offering." - Daniel 9:27(b)

"..bring a sacrifice of praise" .."and a thanksgiving offering"

(Hebrews 13:15; Leviticus 22:29)

#3 - Drought (Prophet Joel's dry and smoky day) thus shortage..

(Joel 1:10; 2:2; Rev 9:3; 12:16; Luke 23:28,31)

#4 - "Wars/battles and rumors of wars/skirmishes" - Mark 13:7.

and then modern day "loud locust" like - hover? swarm?

and can "sting from their tail"

{5 months marshall law?}

(Revelation 9:3-10)

#5 - Then soon enough, "no one can buy or sell" without the 666

allegiance to the world beast. (Revelation 13:16,17; Daniel 9:27c)

#6 - Which escalates to genocide - Revelation 20:4(d)

via the sword of jihad harnessed..

"appeared as a lamb but

spoke like a dragon"

dove and vulture?

together?

    

"And if those days were not shortened, no one would survive" - Matthew 24:22.

"From the time the perpetual [sacrifice] is abolished, and the abomination of desolation is set up, shall be 3.5 (Hebrew) years (of 30 day months) plus 30 days. Happy/blessed is the one who waits, and comes to 45 days later?" (Daniel 12:11,12, totally paraphrased.)

The foundation of it all is psyche (forehead) Babylon - all untruth.

"For to vanity was the creation made subject, not by its own choice,  but by 

the will of the One who subjected it, in hope.." Romans 8:20.

"For God did shut up together the whole to unbelief,

so that He may show mercy to all" - Romans 11:32.

"Be patient, then, brothers and sisters, until the Lord’s coming. See how the husbandman waits patiently for the precious fruit of the earth." - James 5:7

We - made in the image of Him (builders) - are learning

true from untrue. Untrue can only ever be apocalypse, for it is to build upon sand

and not upon The Rock (Truth/Him/Life/Perfection).

#7 - "Behold, He is coming with clouds, and every eye will see Him" - Rev 1:7

“Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened,

and the moon will not give its light the stars will fall from heaven,

and the powers of the heavens will be shaken."

Will appear to from Earth?

(Matthew 24:29)

"And they gathered to Armageddon.." Rev 16:14,15,16

"In the day.. when the towers fall.. there will be on every high mountain

and on every high hill rivers and streams of waters" - Isaiah 30:25

"And if those days were not shortened, no one would survive" - Matthew 24:22.

"When the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven

in blazing fire with his mighty angels.." - 2 Thessalonians 1:7,8

"They will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other." - Matthew 24:30,31

"On that day his feet will stand on the Mount of Olives, east of Jerusalem,

and the Mount of Olives will be split in two from east to west, forming a great valley, with half of the mountain moving north and half moving south." - Zechariah 14:4

"The lion will eat straw like the ox..

and the bear will graze with the cow" - Isaiah 11:7

"His Kingdom will never end.." Luke 1:33

But "the man of sin" collective..

(Oh but for the grace of God, there go I..)

He shakes his fist at the heavens / God..

He began as a man..

Caused a great falling away..

And changed Western Civilization..

He now has many miracles and modern wonders!

Including the capability of Revelation 13:13..

                                                                  which he gave to an office in 1945.

And this false prophet has a lot up his sleeve yet.

Chapters 17 And 18

A strange thing!

A city,

                          called a woman,                      

"..riding upon a (red) beast..
 ..having seven heads and ten horns" (17:3)

We met this beast in Lesson Three.

The woman, called "Babylon"

And Harlot - Greek word "pornos"

- Who did corrupt the earth with her "porneia"

(translated wantonness, etc.) (From 19:2)

- The city reigns over the kings/politicians of the Earth, who are in bed with her.

And she made the merchants wealthy.  (Verse 18:3)

 

In one hour such great wealth is brought to ruin! -

The merchants will weep because no one buys their merchandise anymore — cargoes of gold, silver, precious stones and pearls; fine linen, purple, silk and scarlet cloth; every sort of citron wood, and articles of every kind made of ivory, costly wood, bronze, iron and marble; cargoes of cinnamon and spice, of incense, myrrh and frankincense, of wine and olive oil, of fine flour and wheat; cattle and sheep; horses and chariots; and human beings as slaves. (Verses 18:11-13,17)

She sits on seven hills, 

making them drunk with her wine (17:2,9) Corrupting the earth. (Verse 19:2)

Her judgment/results/consequences will come in one day,

death, mourning, famine and fire. (18:8)

And great hail... debris? (16:21)

Come out of her, my people - (18:4)

The ten horns of the red beast, which are kings/divisions/toes during very last days,

will hate her, consume her, and make her desolate. (17:16)

Extreme socialism will (at last)..

 ..do away with extreme capitalism

(which embraced "pornos" to "sell").

And on her forehead (psyche)...

Is written,

MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT,

THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS

AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS

OF THE EARTH.

(Mystery Babble - all untruth?)

And in her was found the blood of prophets and saints,

and of all who were slain upon earth. (18:24)

"In one hour" she crashes?                              

                                 And "in one day" she will fall.

Long ago... And far away.. King Nebuchadnezzar had a dream...

Of a mighty statue standing on the Sands of Time..

Daniel (the prophet) interpreted the dream. Its head was gold - 

"the head is you oh King, you are Babylon".

The chest and arms were silver, 

a mighty empire would follow Babylon,

the mighty Media-Persia.

The torso and thighs were bronze,

Mighty conquering Greece.

The two legs were iron,

That mighty iron of Rome.

And lastly, the feet,

right down to

the ten toes.

Part iron

and part

clay.

After some time. Daniel had a dream,

of four great and terrible beasts.

The first three creatures,

again, Babylon

Media-Persia

Greece.

Then a fourth creature "more terrible than the others".

And stronger.

It had great iron teeth..

(The 'iron' columns of Rome!)

And its claws were bronze.

"What the iron didn't break,

the bronze trampled and scattered."

And it had seven heads

and ten horns.

This is the beast which opens Revelation chapter 13.

It has iron/bronze roots, a metamorphosis,

with heads seven and horns ten.

The 'big' beast of the chapter.

(Verses 1 to 10.)

Then we are shown a 'little' beast, who brought

a new fire to earth in chapter 6 (lesson two).

Thought of as a man, but an office is more true.

~ One that will give breath/strength (authority) ~

to the 'big' beast, who at one time expired, its head not signing on after all.

But after the fire, brought to earth, in the sight of men (13:13)

man, with lofty goal, rebuilt the 'big' beast.

And gave it an image.

The two beasts (big and little) they will morph into one.

And release 666, before all is done.

"is abolished and the abomination that causes desolation is set  up ~ there will be 1,290 days.  Blessed is the one who waits for and reaches, the end of the 1,335 days." (45 days later)  ~~ Daniel 12:11, 12

The Woman ~ The Faith

A woman with twelve stars around her head,

gives birth to a manchild (Son of man).

Revelation chapter twelve is an insert and a history all its own.

Many have mistakenly sealed all of Revelation in a box called "7 years".
This greatly obscures the message.

A red dragon tries to devour the child as soon as he is born.

 (Herod the Great ordered all young boy 

children in Bethlehem be slain.)

But the child was caught up to God's throne.

Ephesians 1:20 - "God raised Him from the dead and seated 

Him at His right hand in the heavenly places."

And the woman "fled".  

(A migration of the faith "to a new place".)

70 a.d.

...And war broke out in heaven..

..and the dragon was

no longer allowed access to the heavens..                   

"Rejoice, O heavens, and you who dwell in them! But woe to the inhabitants of the earth.. For the devil has come down to you, having great wrath.."

                                                                                 -- Verse 12

                                                           

  

        " And when the dragon saw that he was cast forth to the earth, 

                                           he persecuted the woman.." [the faith] -- Verse 13

"But the woman" (the faith) 

"was given two wings of an eagle.."

"that she might fly to a wilderness place.."

                                                                                                       --Verse 14a

"...to be nourished and safe from the face of the dragon 

for 3.5 divisions of time.." -- Verse 14c

 + 350 =

"Then the serpent" (guise of the dragon) 

"spewed water out of his mouth like a flood, 

after the woman, that he might cause her 

to be swept away by the flood..." -- Verse 15

"But the Earth will swallow the flood." -- Verse 16

i.e.

 "The earth will swallow the flood."

"Then the dragon.. went off to wage war against the rest of the woman's children —  those who keep God’s commands and" (by then) "hold fast their testimony about Jesus." -- Verse 17

"Jerusalem you shall see me no more, until, you say -
'blessed is He who comes in the name of the LORD!'  " Mt. 23:39

                

"Then I John saw three unclean spirits like frogs.. out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet, spirits of demons.. to gather the kings and all the world to that great day of Armageddon.. `lo, I do come as a thief, happy is the one who is watching'.."

 - Revelation 16:14,15

"When you see Jerusalem being surrounded by armies, 

then know that the desolation thereof is nigh." - Luke 21:20
