Joel chapter 1 - There is drought. The prophet seems to be saying it’s because of the elders and the people.. Cause and effect? As judgment..
Chapter 2 - the locust has eaten away at the fabric of life, but blow the trumpet, God shall pour out his Spirit upon all after darkness & moon red, smoke & fire? Is.24:20/Rev.10:4? Deliverance for those called. Rev.3:10? Still tares to armageddon, wheat to barn - Mt.13:30 as Rev.16:14-15-16 & Mt.25:1-13(10)?
Chapter 3 - Multitudes! Multitudes! In the valley of decision.. All nations to the Valley of Jehoshaphat.. Put in the sickle, the winepress is full.. A roar from Zion.. We shall know he is our God, Jerusalem will be holy, mountains with wine and milk.. brooks.. fountain..
Rev.14 - the 45 days of Dan.12:11-12 include the gathering toward and to Armageddon (Jehoshaphat Valley) battle? (Toward is already occurring? Sort of always.. division the siren call, support of it from near or far won’t matter? Isaiah 24:20)
And Rev.19 - the actual battle? ..First mention of a fiery lake, and “earth will shake to and fro” Isaiah 24:20 (Rev.10:4).

{The seals were described (at the beginning of the vision) as their entire effects, first to very last.. Summary upon earth, the gospel came forth openly victorious over powers and principalities (healings, resurrection). The response was war, which fruits follow and war was given a great sword [megas - great, exceeding, large, mighty] sword/weapon.
Because the revelation vision is told 3 times, 13:13, carried out by an office, was also the first seal 6 event which was as a mighty (megas) wind.}
1 - After this I [John] saw four angels standing at the four corners [N,S,E,W] of the earth. And they were holding back the four winds. That they would not blow on [epi] the earth or the sea or against [epi] any tree. 2 Then, I saw another angel having come up from the east. He had the seal of the living God, and he called with a loud voice to the four angels who had been given power to harm the earth and sea, 3 saying, “Don’t harm earth or sea or trees until we have sealed the servants of our God on their foreheads!” (Mind, thoughts, psyche, clarity.) 4 And I heard the count and number of those to seal, 144,000 from every tribe of the sons of Israel, 5 - 8 — 12,000 from each tribe - of Judah, Reuben, Gad, Asher, Naphtali, Manasseh, Simeon, Levi, Issachar, Zebulun, Joseph, and Benjamin. 9 And after this I looked and behold! A great crowd which no one was able to number from every nation, and all tribes, and peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb and they were clothed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands. {First group mentioned is also part of second group mentioned.} 10 And they cried out as one! In a loud voice, “Salvation/safety/well-being belongs to our God who sits on the throne! And to the Lamb!” 11 And all the angels were standing around the throne and around the elders and the four living beings and they fell before the throne and worshiped. 12 saying, “Amen! Blessing and glory! Wisdom, and thanksgiving! Honor and power and might be to our God forever and ever! Amen!”
13 Then one of the elders said to me, “Who are these, having been clothed in white robes, and from where do they come?” 14 I said to him, “Sir, you know.” And he said, [the following is word for word translation) “These are the coming/going out of the tribulation the great and washed/to wash {I don’t know how to read the tense} the robes (of) them and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. 15 “Therefore they are before the very throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple. And - he who sits on the throne will shelter them with his presence. {They are mentioned again, during the fifth trumpet.} 16 They will not hunger nor thirst anymore. Nor shall fall upon them the sun nor any burning-glow of heat [kauma]. 17 For the Lamb, in the midst of the throne, will shepherd them, and will lead them to living fountains [pégé - springs, fountains, wells] of water.
And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.”

9 - When he (the as though slain, lamb) opened the fifth seal upon the scroll (the vision) I saw under the altar souls who had been slain for the word of God and their testimony. 10 They cried out with a loud voice, “O Sovereign LORD! Holy and true! How long before you will judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell upon the earth?!” 11 They were each one given a white robe and told - to rest - a little longer, until the number of their fellow servants and brothers and sisters should be complete, who were to be killed as they themselves had been. {Metaphor of a metaphor! Like the blood of Abel crying out to God. Fifth seal (element) is martyrdom, and it continues.}
{I think it’s important to be able to see how the seals - described at the beginning of the vision - as a blend of their full and entire effects, first to very last, veils the entire vision.}
12 When he broke open the sixth seal, I looked, and behold, there was a great earthquake! The sun became dark as sackcloth [sakkos - worn as a sign of grief]. The full moon became like blood {dark red?}. 13 All the stars of the heavens fell to earth, like, the fig tree throws out its winter fruit when shaken and - blown - by a strong wind. 14 The sky departed {rolled? “apochórizó”} like a scroll being rolled up, and every mountain and island was shaken. 15 Then the kings of earth, the great ones, the generals, the rich, the powerful, and everyone, slave and free, hid themselves in the caves and among the rocks of the mountains, 16 calling to the mountains and rocks, “Fall on us! And hide us from the face of he who is seated on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb, 17 for the great day of their wrath has come, and who can stand?” {“..The ancient of days took his seat” Dan.7:9. “All the world’s a stage” - Shakespeare ..I think ‘wrath’ in large part, is code for cause and effect, Isaiah 24:20/Rev.10:4.
